ASSESSING YOUR ITSM PROGRAM MATURITY
Have your teams been trained? The CIO, PMO, Service Management exploratory Groups will normally lead this effort
until they have a commitment to move forward with their program.
Once they cross that bridge, depending on the size of the company,
the responsibility for training may shift to an IT Education
group.
Do you have an
ITSM Baseline Maturity Assessment? The Service Design
