Selecting Modules to Achieve ITIL Expert Certification

The Qualification Scheme offers a range of modules across the three levels of learning to meet a variety of individual or organizational learning objectives. Provided candidates meet prerequisites for any syllabus and examination, they can select from the various modules depending upon their learning needs. The Qualification Scheme requires that all candidates wishing to achieve the ITIL Expert or Advanced Level certifications, possess well balanced V3 subject matter knowledge. These certifications examine across the entire ITIL Service Management Practice Lifecycle and it is therefore important that any candidate wishing to become certified at these levels select modules that span across the Lifecycle.
